How to Add or Remove Email Address in Microsoft Outlook?

In Microsoft office setup outlook account, you can add or remove email addresses by following the simple process given here.

 

How to Add an Email Address in Outlook.com?

 

Go to Add an alias. Sign in to your Microsoft account if prompted.

Under Add an alias, do one of the following:

a.) Create a new Outlook.com email address and add it as an alias.

b.) Add an existing email address as an alias.

Select Add alias.

 

How to Remove an Email Address in Outlook.com?

 

Go to Manage how you sign in to Microsoft.

Sign in to your Microsoft account if prompted.

Select Remove next to the alias you no longer need.

How to Select Which Mail to Use While Sending Mails?

 

In the compose window, select More actions > Show From to see the From line.
